Select, Inc. is a Human Resource/Risk Management company, which provides a variety of customized services to both the public and private sector throughout the Western United States.
Select, Inc. was formed in early 1997 by the merger of two different service companies. This merger created a company providing expertise in a wide range of risk management services. The principals of the company have
over 100 years of experience in training and related services. The company also has a group of specialist with extensive experience and expertise in many specific areas.
Our delivery philosophy is to provide services and products through a customized team approach to meet individual company needs. A “cookie cutter” or “one-size-fits-all” approach is normally not effective. We believe all services and products must be relevant, functional and meet individual company needs. We have a collaborative style that has proven to be very successful.
